Refund policy
Please note, as we are a vintage clothing store we are selling vintage second hand items imported from overseas, and all sales are therefore final. We aim to sell only A grade pieces of vintage but as they are second-hand, they may have small marks or other such distressing to the items. Therefore, items need to be inspected either in-store thoroughly before purchase, as well as online. Items online will have photos available of any marks and/or the description will note these.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or any other reason except for what is listed below.
We ensure product control and inspect the condition of all items before sending them out via post, however If the item you receive has a major fault such as a rip, we will ensure we do our best to investigate the matter and come back to you with an outcome within a week of receiving the product back. If the rip is deemed to have been there before posting, we will ensure we give you a refund if the item is returned to us within 30 days, or store credit if received after.
If extenuating circumstances prevent you from returning the item/s within the 30 day period, such as a death of a family member or other such circumstances, please still flick us an email at the below address and we can investigate the matter and the manager can make a decision at their discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate wear, or other beauty care products such as hair or skin goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We aim to make a decision and get back to you within a week of receiving the defective good.
Refunds
Please note, we do not provide refunds for any type of goods purchased at Rollos Goods & Coffee unless an item meets the requirements above.
